Getting Serial Number

I bought GC form a shop near me and since i need to download the game off the net due to problems with it.

ive downloaded stardock central but I need a serial number to type in I have a CD key on the case but dosent work can I still download the game or somhow get the serial number.????

The game should have come with a serial # from the store. You have to use that.

Are you sure you have made attention to 0 and O, 1 and I ? And don't forget the -.

I found it thanks the CD key is the serial number.
