Don't want part english - part german files.

Hello, i just re-installed my GalCiv and updated, but there are still a few german files left: Some UP files, the Starhawk file, and the invasion tactics. Where can i get the english files again? I know there was a full set of english files once, but i need only the files mentioned above ('cause with the full set mentioned above, starbase maintenance did not work properly when i changed the files with my old GalCiv).
