How do I get a higher defense and offense for my ships.

Is their a way to advance in Technology really quickly and how do I get a Terror Star?

1: You research stuff.

2: Yes there is a way to reasearch really fast: start selling stuff to the AI's throu the diplo screen, get your industry up to 100%, research faster, sell more, increase the tech research ratio, sell more and more and more; repeat as needed; withhold key techs to give youself an advatange; win game.

3: research the technology known as Terror Star then build constructors, then select the terror star pack when you deploy the constructor- it's under the military options. Repeat until all the terror star parts are completed.
