Installing Atarian Prophecy

I bought Galactic Civilizations when it was first released and recently bought the Altarian Prophecy upgrade. In playing the Altarian Prophecy I've noticed that the cut scenes are no longer available (colonizing first planet, etc). Checking out the files on my computer shows me that Gal Civ is installed under /program files/Stragety First and Altarian Prophecy is installed under /program files/stardock/Total Gaming.net. I suspect this is the problem but am not sure how to fix it. I installed both games through the stardock central downloads. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall? Or just copy certain files?

I would just go to the stardock central downloads and download the prophecy update. Installing this without uninstalling the original should update you mising files.
