GalCiv Restart Crash need help

I have both the original GalCiv and Altarian Prophecy updated to the newest version, but when I play them the game will crash and cause my computer to restart after a seemingly random amount of time.

Heres my specs:

AMD 64 FX-53
X800 Pro with Catalyst 4.12
nVidia nForce 3 Motherboard
Windows Service Pack 2

Have you try to use smartException (in the free stuff area of the SDC) to see what happen?

SmartException is useless since the crash restarts my computer.
