readme file for patch 1.2

i can't find the list of changes included in patch 1.2 anywhere. the install says it is in a file called history.txt but i can't find it. where is the info and what is the expanded universe and why is there air? sir stanley

And expanded Universe is the free expansion that come with version 1.10

Unfortunately that file is... well not very informative. It says nothing on the SB-module costs, added in version what was it? It dosn't mention that UP issues that have pased now have effect allso after a reload.

Well, it was a bug that was clearing UP issues after reload
