Any chance of something like this being implemented?
Could tie it into the 4 victory conditions.
For those who dont know Alpha Centauri, all techs fell under 4 categories. With the blind research option set, you would simply choose which 'direction' you wanted science to go, but never knew the exact technology you'd get.
