Can't Install Deluxe

Hi, I can't install the deluxe edition; it freezes, i think I need the setup.exe file. someone here mentioned you can download it from the stardock app but I can't find it anywhere with stardock. Any ideas?

oh, and I have all the latest drivers, flash player, etc.

They were referring to Stardock Central (SDC). You can download it here http://www.stardock.com/products/sdcentral/
You need then to register Galciv and AP (with the correct serial Id, the GC serial will have GC1 in it), go the section associated with Games and process to download files.
