serial (key) code

Ok I have tried to enter the code, and it did not work. I have read that note about numbers and laters that are look a like. Because of that note, I have tried many diferent variations of what can it posibly be (even though that the code is good printed and laters and numbers don't look a like), but nothing worked. So my question "is there any other problems with entering code that i should know about?"
And if there is none other problem of that sort, what should i do then?

You mean if you enter the wrong serail number 3 times your out.

I think you should be ok, and as long as you have a legal and valid serial number you can try and Email Stardock.

What I always do with serial numbers if I can is cut the serial number from confrimatation email and paste in the registration page.

Did you buy the Deluxe Edition? If so, did you read the sticky threat about key problems with the Deluxe Edition?

Thank you guys for your answers. I very appretiate it. Also I think I know what was the problem. In the store they probably gave a wrong. The thing is they put the CDs inside the box when I was purchasing it. Actualy i did not like the look of it. Never seen it before. So I think they just put CDs for a different codes.
And just to make sure. What the problem did you mantion about the deluxe edition, Walldorf2000?

The SN for AP and GC are reversed in the Delus edition,i.e., the one for AP is really the one for GC and the one for GC is really the one for AP
