New Weopon Graphic MDL available

Ok, here's a stand-alone mod:

A new weopon! Plus graphics! And Sound!

The Death Ray! Well, it's sort of a Master Of Orion II Stellar Conventer looking beam.... Maybe I'll do that old Master Of Onion II purple Death Ray as well (lol).

Unpack the zip file into a temporary folder and read the readme for install instructions (simple).

Now your new ship creations can use the Death Ray (use "DR" in the *.SHIP file in reply to the "Weapon" field).

The "DR" doesn't do too well on smaller ships visually. I need to give it a little longer beam blast. But it is still good enough to release.

If you have any trouble, then delete the sound file (wav file). That gave me some trouble, but I think I have it fixed (I needed to add some "silence" at the beginning and the at the end of the waveform).
