How to do a 'break alliance'??

Does anyone know this:

Is there any way you can try to persuade a race to break an alliance with an other race? I can't seem to find it.

And.... If i try to convince an AI player to make war to another AI player; sometimes that race isn't mentioned in the list.

There isn't currently any way to persuade a race to break their alliances. When you're trying to convince a AI to go to war and a race doesn't show up on their list, check to see if they're allied or are already at war.

It is very true. It's been available in all my recent games.

I've been very tempted to use it, especially after the 15th declaration of a war I can't afford because my allies love to blow things up.
