Updating the Metaverse with 1.02.40?

Howdy. I haven't had any problems uploading my scores to the Metaverse since I got the game. Now that I am playing my fifth game, it suddenly doesn't want to upload. I have tried uploading with both 1.02 (released on April 4th) and 1.02.40. Neither seems to work: the program doesn't crash or anything when I upload it, but my little Metaverse profile doesn't change either. Seeing as I put a good 15-20 hours in on a Gigantic-sized galaxy, I would really like to figure out what my problem is. I am running my computer behind a router (a Linksys 4-port cable/DSL router), but I was behind this router when I uploaded my first 4 games. Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?
As a side note, after seeing how the Metaverse scores are generated, is it possible to DELETE our old scores? It may have been great for me to play a game in a tiny-sized universe to figure out the mechanics of the game, but it sucks that my score is being penalized now because I uploaded my first, newbie games.
