Is there going to be a standalone patch for AP?

I've noticed a few issues with the map editor in particular that, from some of the responses to various threads, seem to have been fixed in the latest stardock central update.

Stardock central itself isn't of any use as I don't have GalCiv installed on anything with an online connection.

i'm not sure about this. perhaps email stardock direct? though they're pretty busy with the beta for GC2...
