Pink mini-freighter of doom?

There was an odd looking pink mini-freight flying towards one of my suns, so I decided to click it to figure out what all the missing sptires was abbout. Much to my suprise, after clicking the mini-frieghter, my game crashed. I backed up a copy of the error log, but had no idea what to look for myself, nor any idea of where to send it. I will be appepting another run of the game soon to see if the same problems exist (thank god for atuo-saves, even though they take an hour)

the pink mini-freighter is a bug - occasionally when a freighter is destroyed, the games throws up the "pink freighter", an existential object that, like schrodinger's cat neither exists nor non-exists. what version of GC/AP do you have?

does the pink mini-freigher have any other side effects?, will saving and reloading, or restarting the game get rid of it?

i believe there is no side effect except for the visual - it was one of the last of the bugs and i think it was fixed in 1.21. can't remember if saving/reloading gets rid of it, but restarting definitely does!
