CD and DL?

Hi,
I just purchased GC online. I bought the CD and I was wandering if there is anyone way to download the game before my CD arrives, as it says 'Recieve CD, DL optional' but I don't know where to go.

When you have got the licence key you can download it via Stardock Central http://www.galciv.com/download.asp.

Well, I paid for the game yesterday and still haven't recieved a licence key, how long does it usually take?
