how do a take a screen shot of the root file of my galciv cd coz tec suport want it so a can get another serial number

I would open the CD with the explorer and hit Alt+Print. Then open any picture tool and use Ctrl+v to get the picture in there. Then save it as ".jpg" or ".gif".

I could be totally wrong but this is what I understood.
