Lost control of my battle cruiser after destroying enemy battle cruiser

An enemy battle cruiser was threatening one of my planets so I moved mine out of orbit and intercepted it. After destroying it,
I could nolonger select my battle cruiser nor would it autoselect from the find key. It also disappeared from the ship list.
I am sending Cari the aved game and debug file.
