Serial Problem HELP !!!

Hello,

I've send a mail to the support team but no answer...
My game is crashing, closing without reason.
I want to download the update to the if it fix the problem, but neither the website or stardocks accept my serial number.

Am I doomed to buy a new CD ? :notsure:

It would be wonderful to have an answer...

Usually you get a prompt response when you ask a kind question. Maybe your email got lost somehow or you did not find the right tone. :SURPRISED:

I don't know much about this topic. But this is what I remember.

Where did you get your serial from?

I think that the serials from the European distributor does not work with Stardock.

But there was a link in the FAQ/Forum of this distributor to transform it in a valid link (or was that with GC2 :notsure: ? )

Another problem I know off is that on some CDs with both, AP and GC the serials were interchanged. The number with AP in the middle is for AP, the number with GC for GC (or something similar).
