hey everybody, i got a question

ok i recently thought of something. i dont have the game cause my cd wont seem to work, and i wanted to dowload it from here, and yeah im willing to pay for it cause i get the first part and the AP expansion. ok my question is this, how do i download it? is there a code involved? is it a one time shot? what happens if the connection gets cut, am i screwed if it does? please i need some help cause i wanna get it but i need to know these thing befor i can pay for it. p.s. its the first time im ever gonna buy somethin online, so if you can tell me anything on that end of it, i would be very thankful

an email? no i never got that, i paid for it and it said it went through and my account said that they took the money out but i never got anything via email, i went for the cd deal and i thought that i was gonna be able to download it too, but so far nothing has gotten here, not even the game, and that was like a week and a half ago, im a little worried but im sure it will be ressolved, cause i know this company is one of the better ones :)

oh hey i talked to sombody at SDC and they cleared it all up for me, wow man this is the first game that ive actualy been able to talk to a person about, she was a real help and what a suprise that was, anyway i cant wait to play the game, later yall
