i need help with Galciv its crashing everytime directly that that the intro ends and then it popups a box that says that galciv has encountered a problem and and i check whats wrong and there this file comes up under the text

Following files in this error report

C:\DOCUME~1\Linus\LOKALA~1\Temp\add2_appcompat.txt

please help me
