Another Scoring Anomaly - This time an unexplainable huge jump upwards!!!

So I read enough to understand why the overall score decreases significantly on occassion due to the aging factor and your various anti-scoring gremlins of the universe.

This time, I went from 31st place with a score of 619737 to 24th place with a score of 730596 after posting JUST ONE GAME! Now I know something has got to be wrong because the &^%$#@ system also has posted the 'Former 3rd Place' medal in my profile. I don't even get to finish third in the morning race to the bathroom LOL

Anyway, I'll take it and call it ironic justice of a sort of all the decreases I earlier had. If anyone knows how this happened please let me know. I tried looking around the years old posts on scoring but there are just too many of them with non-specific subject lines to look for this particular event.

Hmmm. I did not get a jump of 110,000 points after I was in 31st place. I don't see similar jumps posted after some 15 minutes of searching. I seem to go up about 11,000 after every 60K game is posted. I broke my foot last week, and, with time off from work, decided to try to make the first page of Metaverse. In some ways, I was hoping for a big jump in points, but it never happened. I slowly went up the ladder and just hit #25. I did get the former #3 medal, but never got the points. I am not a threat to your totals. I am way behind in points, and don't see too many more games of Gal Civ I coming from me. I may explore Gal Civ II next.
