Designing ships (newbie question)

I could have sworn I saw somewhere that you could design your own ships in Altarian Prophecy. Did I dream this up, or is there a screen somewhere and I just can't find it? :notsure:

I dont know. I have not played AP. I know you can design ships in GC II.

Not in Gal Civ I.
You can in Gal Civ II, but I have hardly touched that animal.
