Bugs in 1.22?

Not sure if anyone is about or if it is a fixable thing but i have a problem with 1.22 that i got off Impulse / Stardock.
First off,
Started a new game in GC NOT AP and the homeworlds are missing, Sol looks normal, no crowns on the planets and none show up in the star list under homeworld either, none of the minor races have one showing up either.
And yes i have found all thier planets :notsure:
And the starbases dont cost anything to build either
Had 1.20 and it worked fine.
Anyone?
