Ok, we've figured out what's causing the problem with Excaliburs not building. There was a discrepancy between the xml files for the cd install and the sdc update installs that caused the graphic file to get deleted. So you can get the file by uninstalling and re-installing the bonus pack.

Well my excalibur problems have gone away in the new game im playing. The old game i guess is still fudged but in the new one alls good and these things build no problem.
