Install path problem when DLing from SDC

It seems that when I DL galciv updates from SDC, it wants to place them in a 'galciv' folder under whatever path I have specified in the SDC settings. So in otherwords, I have the game under 'Galactic Civilizations', then it puts all the update files under 'galciv' in that directory. Anyone know what I am doing wrong or have a fix for that?
