My starbase can move!!

Not sure if this is a known issue already, I did take a quick look in the bug report thread.. but 24 pages.. ugghh. I posted it there anyways.

I built a starbase in a sector where the Altarians already had one that had the -1 move effect in place. My starbase was able to move 1 sqr/turn.

I figure it's one of two things..

1. zero movement minus one move = -1 move which converts into an integer somehow.

2. or more likely, it's because of the hardcoding minimum 1 movement for ships affected by negative move modifiers from starbases.

cute problem though.

Awesome game. I think it's the first 4x game where I've actually had to care what my opponents were doing and how each of them was doing.. I've given support to the Drengin and Yor to help keep the Altarians in check while I grow. Most 4x games I've never cared how my opponents are doing. Their success, growth or failure has never really affected my strategy.

Hehe. In my last couple of games I've played as the galaxy's scumbag arms dealer. I sell weapons to anyone and everyone, especially if they're losing a war. Nothing keeps the AI more in control than having it constantly shatter it's forces on the rocks of a foe that I just propped up with half a dozen Dreadnoughts. :D

I recently had a terror star with a move of 7! I could zip around the galaxy knocking out several stars each turn. This happened somehow when I was trying to form a fleet including the terror star and avatars.
