Cryogenically Preserved Precursor download not working...

Has anyone else noticed, that when you try to open the Cryogenically Preserved Precursor zip file, it will give a message saying it's possibly corrupted? I know it's not my machine because I opened the other files fine. Can a developer check on that for me?

It is a .rar file, not a .zip file rename the ext .rar and use winrar or another rar extracton program for it
