2 Bugs -- Spelling & Freeze in Diplomacy Screen

Spelling Bug:
On Space Sharks, 'Rogue Creature' was spelled as 'Rouge Creature', and they are, oddly enough, red.

Diplomacy Screen:
I'm seeing occasional freezes while conducting diplomacy. It seems to happen with any civilization. The mouse continues to function, but the buttons no longer respond. 'Alt+Tab' and similar keystrokes no longer work, which forces a hard reboot as a fix.

i'm getting crashes to desktop on the diplomacy screen too, notably when i hit the little money tab slider when bargaining..it's happened about 3 times so far..
