what modules do I add to stations to get more out of galactic resources?

ya, extreme newb question, but I seriously dont know. None of the modules say they will make get more of the resource.

I don't think there're any inital mining modules, but further down the Tech Tree you'll come across several modules that will give hefty bonuses to the resource you're mining.

There are 8 mining modules you can add to a starbase to take further advantage of natural resources. Rather for me to list them here, you might want to check out my tech tree instead. Starbase modules and their interdependencies are shown in the lower right hand corner.
