OVER POPULATION!!!

Whats the best way to destroy some of your population on a planet? Cause I know if you kill off a couple billion peoples morals go up to 100 again from like 50. I was just wondering if there is an easier way than puting 10 billion on a conony or 5 billion on a combat transport and destroying or moving them

Theres no way to take people off your planets other then colony ships or transports.

what i hate is having a planet with 100 billion people on it and you colonize another planet in same system it takes half the people puts them there :/ Having 50 billion people on a level 12 planet makes no sense to me!! We should suggest stricter population control and management tools :/ Like maning the combat transport from a specific colony not the system overall ect.

Astax - if you don't want to have your population split like this, you can load the colony ship in the normal way and launch it. Then, just move it back onto your star system and choose the planet you want to colonise. :)

~1200 if you can buy Entertainment Network for 500 credits and have huge bonus to morale from mining resouces. 20 is another extreme - this is minimum population i saw on AI colony ships. I suggest 20 at the start, ~60-100 in the middle game and up to 1200 on gigantic maps near endgame.
