poisoned

I was wondering...how does one recover after your planet has been poisoned. I defeated the race that did it to me, however my once class 20 planet is now an 11. Does it heal over time?

Poisoned? You mean someone invading your planet with mass drivers or what not? If that is the case, I'm afraid you're just permanently stuck with a piece of barren rock in space.

I think he is talking about the terrorist strikes the Calor pull off. And to answer, you are stuck with that too.
