Transport strangeness

Playing today I had a problem where if I took over a planet via a transport, there was still a transport left with the planet. This transport when used showed the wrong graphic. (It looked like a torian transport not mine). This only seemed to happen if I had a big ship in autopilot to kill all defensive ships.

Umm....it's quiet likely that the ship was there in orbit when you took over the planet, so now it's yours.

Okay I buy why I now have the transports. But what ship image should the have, my transport one or the conquered planets transport image? Right now they have the conquered planets image when they move out of orbit.
