Grouped Ships

Just a query.

I had two battleships grouped together, I attacked a planet with that and they both died - it seemed together.

What happened?

I expected the first to die and then to decide what to do with the second one...

Try ungrouping them and attacking seperate :/ but the atack wont be as effective

I'm kinda curious on this one also...
I tried attacking a starbase with 5 corvettes grouped together, they all were demolished instantly!!! (I guess not enough firepower.)It would be nice to see them disappear one at a time at least... :sniff!:

When a fleet attacks, it's like you've given all your ships an attack order. From what I understand, your best ship will attack first, if it dies, the next one will continue, and so on down the line. There's no fleet bonus other than simplicity of movement.
