New Done cover up problem

Today, the colony miniwindow in the right corner coverd up the "Done" button for some reason or another. At one point it said "Arcean colony" but I don't remember inspecting one. I did inspeact some drengin colonies, however. I was using the Survey ship to snoop on colonies. When I just tried to replicate the problem by clicking on a colony near a Survey ship, the problem happened again. When a new technology windo popped up and I clicked OK or whatever button makes it go away, I would see the Done button and then the colony window would slide up and over it. I am somewhat confused about this, but I am pretty sure the survey ship was the culprit somehow.

Actually, that's the ship data window, but the whole name isn't fitting on that top line...I don't know why it would have ended up selecting an Arcean ship unless one of your ships got destroyed and it got confused...but there's not even any code in the Attack function to select the ship that's left over...
