Cryogenically Preserved Precursor still not opening...

Guys, I downloaded the Cryogenically Preserved Precursor upgrade and it won't open. I posted this before and they said it was a .rar file but it's not. I tried using WinAce as well and it won't open. It says it's corrupted. Could the developer look into it? Or am I the only one getting this problem, which I find weird cause I downloaded all the other ones fine.

rename it as .rar , I don't know why they messed up the extension... WinAce should be Ok, else try WinRAR.
