None of the arrows on the scroll bars of the economy window work.

Alpha 4 build -

I can grab the indicator and drag it close to where I want with the mouse pointer but I can not fine tune them with the
scroll arrows.

Something has happened to my post. Some of the information I put here is missing. Also, there is another thread I
entered that is not here at all ("Purple and pink screen of death"). I notice I had to log off and back onto the
news group to get any posts I sent to work at all today.

The scroll bars I am talking about here are all of the scroll bars in the economy window; "tax rate", "spending
rate", percentage ratios of resource allocation "military", "social", and "research", etc.. I have not gotten to
where the lists in the planet view have enough items to be scrollable, but if I have trouble with the
military/social sliders when I get there I will let you know.

The Alpha 5 build seems to have corrected this problem.
