How do I blow up a Planet or a Star?

I have a Terror Star and I have developed the technology that allowes me to destroy planets. And I believe it said when I was making my Terror Star I had a Star Implosion Cannon on it somewhere... How do I make use of this? Do I have to be an "Evil" Civilization to do it?

Anyone able to point me in the right direction of how I can commit mass Murder with my Terror Star? :notsure:

Easy once your terror star is fully constucted just click on a stat system and your terror star will start its glacial attack run. To use a terror star just click on a system that is adjacent to its location on the map and boom no more system. its big limiting factor is its massive and as far as I can tell unmodifiable speed of 1.

Best tactic I have seen for it is to get 5 constuctors and escort them to the sector your gonna wipe out and build it on sight. This is assumeing your gonna acutally wipe the sector and not just put the terror star in it for 5 turns and wait for the planets to defect to you.
