Forum search engine not work well?

Does this forum's search engine only search the topic and not the threads?

There is a search engine? If there is, I missed it.

Not only that, but it only searches the begining of the topic. ie, if you but in "Reports" you'll get nothing, even though there is a "Bug Reports." "Bug" will turn up lots of threads though, all starting with "Bug."
