Suggest change of "LIBRARY" on the homepage to "MODS."

I have seen a few post from people that simply couldn't find our mods because Library didn't gell with what they were looking for.
I think the problem is we have Encyclopedia on the same grid, and people think that Library = Fan Fiction.
This is the case on a lot of sites.
Plus the more people that download mods the more people that will get stoked and start modding them selves.
