Seems like it! I gave a quick test to see if the on-the-fly trade negotiations thing was working -- and it was!

So did I download this before Brad made the announcement, or am I smoking something again? LOL

It was supposed to be out yesterday, but it showed up today. And if you sold your soul to Stardock Central ;p , you would have had it yesterday.

We keep those souls in a jar on the mantle. At night you can pick them up and look at them and talk to them.

There is a sign that says "Please don't shake the jars." But it's obvious that not everyone reads the sign...
