Ehh decommission dont work, but perhaps it's not supposed to yet?
And as I posted in another thread...once the ship-detail box popuped over a close-button.

Another thing...personally I'd not want a click on a ship on auto-route to a target to cancel it. I'd more likely want to se a line pointing to the destination so I can check it. Perhaps already in the pipeline for future development, but anyways..
