Custom issues for shipping the jewel case

Hi,
Hopefully this will be read my a stardock employee, and this wont happen to another person again.
I bought GalCiv online for 44$ or so. The software, which I downloaded, if what I bought for 44$. The jewel case was an extra 5$ I believe. Fine I said (first comment to people reading this: don't buy the jewel case...it's outdated when it arrives anyways). The 5$ jewel case is what gets shipped, NOT the 44$ software (I already had that!).
So please, when you do send the jewel case outside of the USA, you might consider stating that the value of the package is 5$, not 44$. Makes a whole lot of difference on the custom taxes (in Canada, that cost me 15$ instead of 2$ or so).
Thanks for being considerate enough for your canadian customers to fix this for other people.
