Metaverse / Stardock problems? - I have a solution

If you are having trouble acessing Stardock or submitting your scores via the Metaverse, I recently figured something out.
The fields in both the Metaverse submission and the Stardock registration are CASE SENSIVITE. Even the email address field.
Somehow (perhaps it was when I bought the game online... I dunno) the first letter of my e-mail account was capitalized. I have been having intermitteny problems accessing Stardock, and submitting scores on my laptop didn't work at all.
Then I noticed on my Desktop, that when i finished a game, the e-mail address had a caps as the first letter. I went to my laptop, reloaded my save, won, resubmitted with the initial caps... BINGO! It worked!
So then I went to my Stardock account and updated my registration info with an initial cap letter... BINGO! Stardock worked great.
The strange thing is that Stardock would work sometimes, and sometimes it would timeout. It wasn't consistent.
