Any Aussies received their boxed order yet?

I ordered my GC about three or four days after it went "live". Still waiting for the box to arrive Down Under. Any other Aussies received it yet?

Is there a printed manual? How long did it take?

It's just a DVD case with the CD.

Got mine late last week. There's no printed manual (which, based on the pdf manual, is probably a good thing ;))
Just wanted to have something in case my machine goes belly-up and I'd have to download everything again.
