Planet rating

What is the rating number based on?
Is it static just now? Because I had a fairly newly colonized planet that got a higher number than my otherwise biggest one (population).

0- is lowest 30- is highest, if it had stayed the same...It takes time to increase your population. And I am guessing there are more factors that is based then just time and planet class...like social projects

Oh...nonono...not that rating.
If ya open a built planet and check on the left side...just under the name.

That's not the same rating I see when I choose which planet to colonize.

Ahh I thought it was more like the old ratings (in the OS/2 game) Or am I misstaken...wasnt there ratings there where no1 was the best? (That was actually the biggest planet currently in the game)

My memory isnt that good the, so I might be wrong, I admit it hehehehe

I'm not sure what that particular rating is. It's still being worked on. ;)
