X dollars for 0 months vs. X dollars for 1 month bug

They are the same darn thing. I thought maybe X dollars for 1 month meant paying immediately and then paying again next month, but no. I checked them both out and they both result in just one immediate payment. IF you choose the X for 1 month option, then your economics readout shows you paying out tribute next month in your budget....but it never happens. X dollars for 0 or for 1 month mean the same thing.
Big deal, you say? Well, the AI seems to value your money when given for 1 month more than when it's given for 0 months, even though it's getting the same thing. Try it. I can get more for my money with the "months" setting on 1 than on 0 for no good reason. Not a huge bug, but it would seem to be a bug none the less.
