Dunno if it would've happened in another version, and maybe I just don't get it, but I'm sure this wasn't supposed to happen:
I invaded a star system with a regular transport, full, so that was 1 billion troops.. I used Informational Warfare and won, but then the starsystem reports that both planets have 94294 for the population.... that's pretty high in my opinion.
