Ok guys, to answer your questions:

Yes, Novocastrian stands for newcastle upon tyne. I'm half french half italian but live in the UK and also a big fan of NUFC, so I have to balance my passion for europe with my passion for the team. So here is the deal: I'll change the empire's name to European Alliance (or something else, we'll need a vote) once more people join.

Forget about the UN: our mission is precisely to create a bipolar system, s the rule of international lore obviously is not being respected.

Tomorrow we get a new patch, it's time to catch up. Let's all try to make a game apiece this weekend, if 30 of us do it we should make some serious headway. Remember, there are a lot more of us than there are of them... :D

I was just wondering....It seems as if Cotal isn'y submitting scores (out of respect for Ray - which of course is something which should be admired), but does that mean she has got a bunch of on submitted games just waiting to be submitted ?

Or has she created another profile and is currently trying to make 3rd spot with that profile ?

Ah, memories of the days when the Euros were the big bad empire on the block and us pirates were raiding our way to the top a few barrels at a time. Well, the comeback trail is about a million points long right now for you folks, so you better get cracking if that is your ambition. There seems to be enough of a revival to make something happen here. Not like the days when there were weeks between posts here.

I just tried a maso where i tried to out match the AI in economics (using it to keep them at war), but i got my sorry little ass spanked. Guess I'll just have to try again.

The way i play the Torians almost always ends up being the strongest AI left. Has anybody else got the same problem ?

Hmm, seem to be stuck with the Drengin or Altarian. It has the benifit that I always got a tradepartner wether I'm evil or good :)

The European Alliance thanks you for your services rendered. As they are leaving a series of nominations for the newly available senatorpositions have been made. This list currently features the following members:
blixxard for services rendered to the European Alliance website
Merilokki for his activities on the European Boards
Harel Eilam for making Aaberg laugh with his posts

Aaberg was also nominated but has respectfully declined the position of Danish senator. Unless there are profound objections made against these nominations all of them will achieve senator status on the 17th of October.
