Ok guys, to answer your questions:

Yes, Novocastrian stands for newcastle upon tyne. I'm half french half italian but live in the UK and also a big fan of NUFC, so I have to balance my passion for europe with my passion for the team. So here is the deal: I'll change the empire's name to European Alliance (or something else, we'll need a vote) once more people join.

Forget about the UN: our mission is precisely to create a bipolar system, s the rule of international lore obviously is not being respected.

Hmm, seems I've also become a former top 25 player. Oh well, as long as the bug lasts right?

In order to compensate for the score aging I submitted another game and will be seeing a raise after my name on the command page later this evening.

I'm currently going on an AP-game and it looks really good. There is a few bugs, but so far i haven't come across anything that makes it unplayable (knock on wood).

Geee...we would sure love to help, but i don't think there is such a thing as "spare booze", but allien porn...hmm i think i have got some issues of Drengin - Deep Space almost unused, i'll wrap them up and have them ready to go

Hmm, let's see. First of all there will be form 1A5EZ.1 to be filled out as a request for humanitarian aid, in triplets. Don't worry it's only a 100 pages per form and has to be filled in with ink. Crossing something over is unacceptable.

Then offcourse there is form 48ER6.56ZA€ for the release of beer. This form must be supplied in triplets to each senator and the emperor for approval. In the event of a single rejection you'll be required to submit a plea before the senate. In order to be permitted in the senate as a non-Euro you'll have to fill out form 145.AER.2 this form requires an essay on the greatness of the European Alliance in each language spoken in the senate.

If in fact you are then allowed to make a plea before the senate you'll have to submit your text of a minimum of 50 pages to the courts for approval. You'll hereby be granted access to the courts by the Emperor so that you'll not have to fill out the required forms.

If your text is approved you'll be allowed to read it in the senate. After that the senate will deliberate and fil out the required documentation. A decision will be reached in about 2-3 weeks after deliberation concludes.

Oh and just so you know, getting the beer release has never ever been approved immediatly :)
