Guapo runs in the family...

I'm back to blogging. I'm about to say my favorite phrase..."it's really been a while since...!" hehe! Anyway, I got few things to rave about...
One, I was able to go wall climbing at Rockwell Play Underground with some officemates last Friday. Twas my first time to climb, and it felt really good trying out such an extreme sport. I had fun, really!
Yeah, I was afraid of heights, but I didn't mind. Anyway, I've few pics to show on my photoblog.
Well, next thing to rave about...I have not been getting too many complaints from our clients. The secret is identifying the issue and coming up with an immediate resolution even before the client realizes the impact. I learned this from my mom - being "bibo," that is.
lol! Dang, i hate getting issues, pacifying clients, and all! Everytime I have a major one, it's as if I've inhaled ground mothballs in the morning. Oh, I surely have had enough of these dreadfully intoxicating issues for the past couple of months that I've taken over my markets.
Well, we have a new baby in the family. His name is Malcolm, and he's about a month old. We haven't seen him, because my brother's family is currently based in Macau. Look at his pic on my Discovery photoblog...gwapo runs in the family. hehe!
